My husband and I have dreamed of owning our first home for 15 years and we finally made the leap after having our second little bundle of joy and were in need of a larger space and a family-friendly neighborhood. We had some very specific requirements and assumed it would take months to find a home that fit our list. Colin Farris understood that our first trip to the area that we were looking for a good understanding of the neighborhoods in our target region. We decided to purchase a second home out of state to be near our daughter and son-in-law.  They had referred us to Colin Farris whom they had recently purchased a house from!
